  • Develop RFP with client and submit to Destination, Convention Center, National Sales or Hotel Specific. 
  • Create Grid Report for RFP comparison and review. 
  • Site itinerary and coordination completed with destination partner. 

  •  Site visit conducted by client & Precision Meeting Management. 
  •  Site selection is narrowed, and negotiations & terms are done on behalf of client. 
  •  Contract review, recommendations, contract execution. 

  •  Group room pickup monitored prior to reservation cutoff date. 
  •  Final pickup report submitted to client. 

Complimentary Site Services are funded through commission payments provided by the hotel partner based on the group's actualized room pickup. Partners are committed to providing room rates that are competitive and are not impacted due to the travel agent commission given.
